Rewired is an open-world life simulation following Marcus, a desperate 20-year-old in financial hardship who enrolls in a pharmaceutical trial for quick cash. After taking an experimental pill, he wakes up as a woman named Mia. The game explores the non-fantasy reality of sudden gender transformation: the disorientation, the physical and social adjustments, the discovery of a new body and sexuality. As Mia, you navigate work, relationships, money troubles, and the question of which parts of Marcus still exist within her new identity.
