Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data porn-games.org (the "Site") processes and how. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Controller and contact

For privacy questions and to exercise your rights, email privacy@porn-games.org. Incoming messages are stored: by writing to this address, you agree that your email address and the contents of your message will be retained.

2. Age confirmation

Before the catalog is shown, an "I am 18+" dialog appears. When you confirm, your browser stores one timestamp (in localStorage) so the dialog does not reappear for 24 hours. That timestamp never leaves your browser and is not used to identify you.

3. Account email

An account and email are only needed if you choose to save games or receive notifications. We keep three states distinct:

  • Login (transient). The address is used to send your sign-in link. The address itself is not stored on the account — only an irreversible fingerprint by which we recognise your account, and it cannot be turned back into your address. It is used only to send the link, not added to your account data.
  • Notification email. If you enable email alerts, the address is stored encrypted and used only to deliver notifications for your own subscriptions. This is not marketing.
  • Marketing consent. A separate, unticked checkbox. Only with your explicit consent does the address join a promotional list. You can have notifications without marketing.

Honest version: we do not store your sign-in email in plaintext — only an irreversible fingerprint to recognise your account.

4. Account and activity data

An account is associated with: a nickname, your chosen language, your saved games and subscriptions ("watchers") and their settings, private per-game status notes, and daily activity markers (which dates the account was active). The activity markers are kept for up to 25 months and are deleted with the account.

5. Cookies and local storage

  • Age timestamp in localStorage — used only to re-show the warning every 24 hours (see §2).
  • Session cookie — created only after you sign in, to keep you logged in. Strictly necessary for the account to work.

We load no third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or consent banners.

6. Do-not-contact (suppression) list

If mail to an address is rejected by the recipient's server or a user reports it as spam, we record an irreversible fingerprint of that address on a separate "do-not-contact" list. This list protects deliverability, is not account data, can exist without an account, and is not removed when an account is deleted.

7. Server logs

The web server keeps technical access logs (including IP) for a short time for security and diagnostics. The application itself does not write plaintext email addresses, complaint bodies, or age-signal contents to its own logs.

8. Legal bases (for EU/UK users)

  • The email fingerprint for login and abuse prevention — performing the service you requested and legitimate interest.
  • Notification email — service performance / legitimate interest (you created subscriptions and asked for email).
  • Marketing email — explicit consent, withdrawable at any time.

9. Your rights

  • Unsubscribe from email — via the link in any email or in your account settings. This stops email only; it does not delete your account or subscriptions. See the unsubscribe page.
  • Delete my email — in account settings; your stored notification address is removed, so notifications and marketing stop. Your account remains and magic-link sign-in still works (you enter your address when logging in). This disables email notifications, not your ability to log in.
  • Delete my account — in settings; the account and its associated data (subscriptions, statuses, notifications, activity markers) are deleted.
  • Data access — by request to privacy@porn-games.org (fulfilled manually).

A blocked (suppressed) address can only be unblocked by an email sent from that same address to support@porn-games.org or privacy@porn-games.org.

10. Geo access and age verification

We do not perform real age verification (no ID upload). In jurisdictions where a simple age affirmation is not legally sufficient, access to the Site is blocked with a short "not available in your region" page.
