Night over Day

Night over Day is an adult visual novel set in a fictional 2012 setting. You play as Becky, a 21-year-old woman who wakes up on Christmas with a condition called "Vertigo" that affects her daily life. Through the game, you meet other characters who share similar medical conditions and explore how these affect their personal relationships and experiences.
