Monster Girl Clinic

Monster Girl Clinic is an adult visual novel sandbox game where you play a human patient court-ordered to undergo therapy at a supernatural medical facility. You are the only human among eight monster-girl staff members and patients—a medusa, succubus, slime, holstaur, lamia, ghost, and twin therapists—each hiding secrets beneath their professional facades. The core gameplay involves noticing contradictions in their stories, collecting evidence in your notebook, and conducting cross-examinations to uncover the truth beneath their performances. As you progress through day cycles (morning, noon, evening, night) across the clinic's fifteen rooms, you gradually build affinity with each woman and unlock their personal narratives. The game functions as a detective-driven narrative experience: you observe environmental details, examine objects throughout the clinic, and use the evidence system to press statements or present proof that contradicts a character's claims. Success in cross-examinations reveals the authentic person beneath the performance and unlocks both static and animated scenes added to a persistent gallery. The demo provides a complete seven-day prologue with two full investigations (Petra and Iris), the entire day cycle system, and mini-events for all other characters, with no content locked behind replay or grinding.
