Monster Girl Clinic

Monster Girl Clinic is a story-driven visual novel where you arrive as a patient at an unusual medical facility staffed by eight distinct monster-girl characters. You're the only human patient, sent by the court to address a compulsive need to fix and reorganize others' lives. The core gameplay revolves around uncovering contradictions in each staff member's carefully maintained persona—a medusa who wears sunglasses indoors, a succubus whose size fluctuates with emotional reactions, a slime who absorbs equipment, a holstaur with spatial constraints, a lamia with a fear of shoes, a ghost with a mysterious past, and two bickering twin doctors. Through investigation, cross-examination, and evidence presentation, you gradually strip away their performances to meet the people underneath, unlocking their stories and intimate scenes as affinity grows. The game features a sandbox clinic environment that changes across multiple time periods, dozens of interactive details revealing character information, a notebook system for tracking clues, and an unlockable gallery of earned scenes including animations.
