Monster Girl Clinic is a story-driven visual novel where you play as a human patient sent to an unusual facility as court-mandated therapy for obsessively fixing people's lives. The clinic is staffed by eight adult women—each a monster girl with distinct personalities and secrets: a medusa who accidentally petrifies people, a succubus whose size changes with emotional reactions, a slime who absorbs equipment, a holstaur concerned with her appearance, a lamia with a phobia of shoes, a ghost with a dubious heroic story, and twin doctors who constantly bicker. The core gameplay revolves around investigation and cross-examination: you notice contradictions in their stories, collect evidence in your notebook, and confront each woman with proof to uncover the truth beneath their carefully maintained facades. As you progress through the clinic's day-night cycle across its fifteen rooms, you uncover each character's real story and develop deeper connections.
