Loyal Demise is a female-domination strategy RPG with strong fetish content and a revenge plot that resonates with its niche audience—ninja-girl corruption and humiliation are the draw. However, the game is plagued by serious design and technical issues. Balance is broken; progression requires either grinding defeat cycles repeatedly or using cheats and exploits (an infinite strength item, debug menu manipulation), and multiple versions ship with game-breaking bugs that halt progress in Chapter 7. The UI is clunky, tutorial explains almost nothing, and the core loop—lose, grind, lose again—wears thin fast. Reviewers who love the femdom content praise the character work, but even they admit the game barely functions without external tools.
