Editorial Has potential
Adrian Denied is an early-access RPG with character-driven narrative and adult content that players find engaging—particularly the interplay between the protagonist and love interests like Triss. The writing and character chemistry draw genuine enthusiasm from its community. However, the game suffers from a pattern of technical problems that undermine play: crashes at specific story points (the cave/snail-girl encounter, serpent boss fight), menu bugs that lock players out of character-class changes, and balance issues (the serpent fight reportedly one-shots characters and feels unwinnable without extreme luck). The combat system's design—non-respawning enemies with level progression—has sparked divided opinion among players, though this reflects gameplay philosophy rather than poor execution. For a v0.0.3 build, the foundation is solid and the direction promising, but the current state is too unstable for a confident recommendation.
