The gameplay centers on real-time combat where players craft and throw potions to heal, poison, or blast enemies, while casting spells summoned from befriended spirits. Leveling up involves both traditional methods like defeating monsters and unconventional ones like sexual encounters. Players can also engage in sexual content with various creatures and NPCs, including impregnation mechanics that track pregnancy progression on the status screen. Along the way, Lily meets companion characters including Andrew (a swordsman) and Eillana (a magical researcher), each with their own story arcs.
