Editorial Has potential
Blossoming Ninja Midori is a promising early-stage action RPG with strong artwork and engaging combat/loss mechanics that land well for its niche audience. The demo showcases solid art direction, fun grappling-hook puzzles, and hot game-over scenes—players praise the spicy content and visual style. However, the build is rough: the current demo is months old, tutorial is absent (grapple controls are unclear), several game-breaking bugs persist (invisible sprite after stripping, permanent loss of clothing stats, inability to leave the brothel), and core content advertised in screenshots (kappa enemies, dance minigame, prostitution segments) hasn't been added yet. The developer is actively reworking the game and posting progress on social media, but what's currently downloadable feels like a very early vertical slice rather than a stable release. If you're willing to wait for the full version or tolerate a buggy demo for a preview of the concept, there's real potential here; if you want something playable now, come back when Steam launches the finished game.
