Editorial Has potential
Lilith Descent is an ambitious roguelike dungeon crawler with character-driven fantasy content that players genuinely enjoy—solid art, engaging characters like Treu and Samara, and systems with real depth. However, the current build is visibly mid-development: save-file incompatibility across versions breaks progress, combat balance is punishing in early zones (enemies outnumber and outlevel the player), crashes occur during transitions and on specific floors, and download links fail. The developer is actively patching and communicating with the community, which is encouraging, but the game needs another round of stability and balance work before it's stable enough for a smooth playthrough. If you're willing to tolerate frequent restarts and potential lost progress, the core game is worth exploring; otherwise, wait for the next major release.
