Horny Doctor

Editorial Meh

Horny Doctor is a short, playable adult game that does exactly what its title promises: lighthearted medical-themed encounters with pregnant characters. Players appreciate the core concept and art, with the pregnant-MILF route drawing particular enthusiasm. However, the game is held back by a significant usability problem: the ultrasound minigame on mobile is confusing and frequently broken, spawning dozens of help requests across the review section. The mechanic works inconsistently on browser and Android, leaving many players stuck. Beyond that, the build feels incomplete—development appears stalled (eight months without updates), the full/deluxe version breakdown is unclear, and payment options are limited. For desktop players who can puzzle through the ultrasound or skip it, there's a short, silly bit of fun here; mobile players should expect frustration.
