Editorial Has potential
Astrid's Adventure is a rough work-in-progress RPG with ambitious dark themes and adult content that players find engaging when they can access it—but the current build is severely hamstrung by game-breaking bugs and poor onboarding. Combat crashes at midnight, the save system is unreliable, and new players face an insurmountable difficulty wall (starving to death or one-shot deaths) with no clear tutorial on hunger management or stat progression; experienced players report workarounds (farming gold to train stats, modding saves) but these are band-aids on fundamental design problems. The dev appears aware of issues and is patching, but the game remains effectively unplayable for most in its current state. If you have the patience to dig through community guides and tolerate frequent crashes, there is sexual content with a genuinely dark edge that some players crave—but you should wait for stability improvements before trying it.
