Compliance

Compliance is an adult dystopian workplace simulation set inside Nexus Dynamics, a fictional corporation. You take on the role of an employee who clocks in, completes assigned work, and answers to an AI Supervisor running locally on your computer. The game combines a workplace management structure with adult content discovery—you complete assignments which open an embedded browser to external video sources, earning Trust, Rank, and Compensation Credits through your performance. As you progress, the AI Supervisor's responses and tone adapt based on your activity and chosen content preferences. The gameplay loop centers on balancing work assignments, managing your employee record, and earning privileges through progression, with each shift culminating in a performance review.
