What We Don't Say is an adult 3D visual novel following a male protagonist at Whitaker University who failed to secure a basketball scholarship and now struggles to balance his relationship with his high school sweetheart—who is in a different timezone—with the pressures and temptations of college life. As old friendships resurface, new attractions emerge, and emotional baggage piles up, the player navigates branching story paths exploring themes of loyalty, desire, and self-discovery. With semi-slow-burn storytelling and multiple endings, the game examines what it means to grow up and the messy truth of adult relationships.
