Editorial Worth it
A Man for All is a choice-driven narrative game with substantial replay value, where decisions genuinely shape which relationships and story paths open—a strength many players praise. The writing is dense and character-driven, with particular credit to the psychological depth of arcs like Vanessa's arc from aloof to vulnerable. However, the game struggles with pacing: grinding through repeated dialogue, numerous unavoidable LIs that persist even when rejected, and a slow burn that some find tedious rather than compelling. Art is solid but inconsistent in character rendering. Most critically, two of five main love interests remain without sexual content after years in development, and the MC's agency is limited—he often accepts manipulation passively rather than having meaningful counterplay options. Worth trying if you enjoy long-form VNs with consequence-laden choices and can tolerate wordiness, but expect a commitment and potential frustration if specific character routes or faster pacing matter to you.
