Viático

Viatico is a slice-of-life sci-fi visual novel following Lautaro, a brilliant but exploited tech genius left stranded and broke on foreign soil. After years of being used by those who claimed to support him, he must confront his past and decide whether to repeat old mistakes or chart a new course. The game weaves together atmospheric storytelling with meaningful player choices that shape Lautaro's relationships and fate across locations spanning Mexico to Buenos Aires. Romance and intimate encounters with five distinct female characters are central to the experience, each offering branching paths with permanent consequences—fail badly enough with a love interest and she may become permanently unavailable, though the main story continues. This is a character-driven narrative offering a Latin American perspective on the visual novel genre, blending romance, sci-fi elements, and slice-of-life simulation.
