Unchained Powers

Editorial Has potential

Unchained Powers is a promising female muscle growth visual novel with combat mechanics that has earned genuine affection from its small but engaged community. The prologue establishes intriguing characters, a tonal mix of dark mystery and humor, and strategic turn-based battles; AI-generated visuals are notably consistent, and the story sets up compelling plot threads. However, the game is stuck in extended early development—the developer openly struggles with slow progress, perfectionistic AI art consistency, and feature implementation (growth scenes, muscle descriptions, animation, browser/Android ports all remain incomplete or uncertain). Most reviews are either developer responses or player pleas for updates; the core complaint is stagnation rather than fundamental flaws. For the niche audience (FMG enthusiasts), the foundation is solid enough to warrant attention, but manage expectations: this is an unfinished passion project with no clear release roadmap.
