College Queen is a female-muscle-growth visual novel with an ambitious premise: a college girl gains supernatural powers to reshape her body and dominate her social hierarchy. The renders are visually accomplished, and players who favor extreme body exaggeration and fetish content report genuine engagement with the premise. However, the game struggles with narrative restraint and design friction. The protagonist's arc—where she coerces sexual acts from other characters as part of her "plan"—has drawn criticism for being narratively hollow; players note the humiliation mechanics undermine character growth and feel arbitrary rather than earned. The grind is repetitive, the UI needs polish (font colors, camera framing, stage-progression bugs), and Android builds are unstable. Community feedback is split between those celebrating the fetish focus and those finding the execution—both creatively and technically—rough around the edges.
