The Lewd Piece

The Lewd Piece is an 18+ sandbox visual novel parody set in the One Piece universe, beginning after the Egghead Arc. You take on the role of a captain recruiting legendary female crew members—Nami, Nico Robin, Carrot, Yamato, Vivi, Perona, and Uta—by solving their personal problems and completing character-specific quests. Gameplay revolves around exploration and relationship building across the ship hub, which includes the Captain's Cabin, Aquarium Bar, and Bathroom. The core mechanic is a dual Trust & Lust system: build Trust to unlock each character's story, and Lust to deepen intimate encounters. Each crew member has a unique three-stage progression path through H-Quests, ranging from subtle moments to explicit scenes. All characters are adults, and all intimate content is consensual. Designed as an ongoing sandbox project, the game is built for regular expansion with new islands, crew members, and H-scenes added over time.
