A novice shrine maiden is assigned to work at a remote shrine in a mountain village. Beneath the shrine lies a legendary underground cavern tied to a forbidden village ritual. As a festival approaches, the seemingly kind villagers grow increasingly hostile, and the protagonist discovers she has been selected as a sacrifice—forced to descend into a monster-infested labyrinth. To survive and escape, she must impregnate herself with monster offspring, raise them as allies, and harness the spiritual legacy left behind by previous sacrificed maidens. The game combines survival horror, dungeon exploration, and dark fantasy as the protagonist seeks to uncover the truth behind the village's sinister practices and exact revenge against those who have imprisoned her.
