You interact with a shrine maiden through point-and-click choices that determine the branching narrative and her fate. The game features thousands of animated sprites depicting erotic and grotesque content—including vore, tentacle assault, parasitism, body horror, and pregnancy—with multiple endings that shift dramatically based on your decisions. A unique VHS-style dubbing system lets you name and save your three favorite playthroughs as "tapes" with handwritten labels. Dark comedy and deliberate bad taste are core to the experience.
