Sacred/Profane is a fledgling BDSM visual novel with beautiful Daz renders and genuinely erotic writing that has impressed the small community that's seen it. The premise—exploring exhibitionism, humiliation, and submission through a protagonist caught between sacred and profane desires in a small town—is unusual and well-executed in its limited v0.1 release. However, the game is effectively stalled: the developer has spent months fighting Daz Studio's broken documentation to build an exporter to Blender, explicitly stating they won't render new scenes until the script is finished, and updates are sparse and confined to Patreon. Only v0.1 exists; there is no playable sequel or meaningful progress to report.
