The narrative pivots when your investigation leads to capture: you find yourself trapped in the basement of a brilliant but insane doctor, enduring five days of surreal, brutal torture that defies natural law. Inspired by classic horror, the game features thirty different endings reflecting your choices—from desperate escape attempts to morally darker paths that lead to fates arguably worse than death. The game explores themes of survival, desperation, and the cost of vengeance through branching narrative design.
