Pill Defenders

Pill Defenders is a fast-paced, top-down auto-shooter where you play as a tiny contraceptive hero fighting off relentless waves of sperm enemies. The game combines bullet-hell mechanics with roguelike progression: collect DNA from defeated invaders to buy new weapons, upgrade your build, and unlock new abilities between waves. As you progress, you become stronger, faster, and more potent with each round. The game features adult-oriented erotic content and is currently in active development with planned additions including new enemies, weapons, relics, cutscenes, and a level-up system.
