Orc Bastion

Orc Bastion is a gay adult-oriented JRPG set in a conflict between mankind and demonkind. The protagonist, Reyn, is a newly drafted soldier whose fate becomes bound to Rok, an orc warrior. Together they fight to bring peace between the two sides while building alliances with allies and meeting various men and monsters along the way. The game features turn-based combat with positional tactics, exploration across multiple environments using varied movement mechanics, and a progression system involving equipment upgrades and learnable skills. Puzzle-solving integrates field skills and items outside of combat. The prototype currently offers approximately 20–50 minutes of gameplay in the first story chapter, with stylized low-poly PS1-era graphics. Adult scenes are included as part of the narrative experience.
