Editorial Meh
Neon Hunter presents an ambitious cyberpunk aesthetic with strong visual direction and anatomical detail work that genuinely impresses its audience. However, the narrative lands squarely in familiar territory—amnesiac protagonist, instant-romance pacing, obvious villain setup, AI-generated character models that blend into the crowd—and while the core premise intrigues some players, others find the clichés suffocating. The build is playable and roughly feature-complete for its current version, though animation loops are missing (scenes don't cycle), and character eye-lines occasionally break immersion. Community opinion splits: some see real potential worth watching; others dismiss it as derivative until the writing proves itself. Art quality alone keeps this afloat, but story execution will make or break it.
