Lesbian Island is a story-driven RPG with hours of content and numerous sex scenes, centered on managing a hotel while building relationships with women on an island. The game offers plenty to explore, and players who connect with the premise and character interactions report genuine enjoyment. However, the build is actively rough: recurring bugs plague multiple systems (quest log crashes, invisible characters after story beats, phone menu loops, money generation failures, missing image files on extraction), and while the developer is responsive and fixes issues, the frequency of reports and need for workarounds—especially on mobile via JoiPlay—means players should expect to encounter problems. The creative foundation is solid enough for its audience, but the current state requires patience.
