Isekai Multiverse is a very early work (v0.1) that attempts to build a harem game around recognizable anime characters, but community feedback reveals fundamental design problems that need immediate attention. Players consistently complain about the gameplay loop being tedious and time-consuming—grinding clicks with no meaningful acceleration options—which overshadows any appeal the character roster might have. There is scattered interest in specific fetish content (foot worship, anal, NTR variants), but no consensus on what the game actually delivers; one player notes the character Marin appears without an NTR tag, suggesting confusion about content direction. A few skeptical voices hint at possible prior abandonment or reinvention, and there are minor technical oddities (version numbering mismatch). Until the core loop is redesigned to respect player time, and the roadmap clarifies which characters and content are planned, this remains a prototype searching for its identity.
