Helminth

Helminth is a dark fantasy adult RPG where you play as the Priestess, a devoted follower of Izel, the Aspect of Love, Gold, and Fertility. Your mission is to spread Izel's teachings in Zuma, one of the last towns to maintain a temple dedicated to the deity. The game features turn-based combat, farming and management mechanics, and explores themes of faith and influence within a richly dark fantasy setting. As an early-development title, the game combines erotic content with RPG progression and world-building.
