GOREGASM is a retro-style wave shooter that combines intense combat, grotesque horror, and adult content. You navigate a supernatural Temple filled with endless waves of abominations, progressively unlocking skills, abilities, and upgrades to survive increasingly brutal encounters. The core gameplay centers on high-speed combat with strategic skill progression and multiple unlockable weapons and artifacts that modify your playstyle. Beyond combat, the game features a hub-based progression system where you interact with characters like Jane, unlocking narrative scenes and intimacy content. Additional relaxation mechanics include fishing, photo mode, and a building system to customize your player home. Each location—The Bridge, The Roof, The Castle—presents distinct visual themes and escalating difficulty waves, culminating in dedicated boss fights with unique mechanics and narrative consequences.
