Editorial Meh
Elemental Awakenings is an RPG Maker adult RPG that has attracted a modest but engaged community, though the feedback overall is thin and largely composed of questions and back-and-forth exchanges rather than deep assessments of the game itself. The limited genuine impressions suggest players find there is a decent amount of content to work through, and the art style earns early goodwill, but concerns arise about MC agency and plot direction — at least one player felt the protagonist was reduced to an errand boy with little personal development. The game features cheating/netori content, which the developer acknowledges; this is a matter of personal taste and will define who the audience is rather than reflecting on quality. On the technical side, RPG Maker's limitations show: frame drops on capable hardware and a location-locking mechanic (apparently tied to quest progression) frustrated several players, and at least one user abandoned the game specifically over minigame design. Community feedback is sparse enough that a full picture of the game's creative strengths is hard to paint, but nothing in the reviews points to a fundamentally broken or unplayable build.
