Editorial Has potential
Waifu Wonderland is an early-stage RPG Maker visual novel with hand-drawn 2D art that's winning genuine fan enthusiasm. Players consistently praise the artwork and core premise, and the developer is actively engaged with the community, releasing monthly updates and addressing bugs. However, the game is admittedly in proof-of-concept / very early development—many areas are inaccessible or placeholder, some characters aren't implemented yet, and the experience is notably grindy. Bugs are scattered but real: save corruption on older versions, character portrait glitches during seduction scenes, and dialogue state issues when purchasing apartments. For its current state, this is a game for patient early-access supporters who enjoy the art style and don't mind rough edges; it's not yet a finished product.
