Course to Venus! is a sci-fi harem visual novel set on a space mission, built around a unique exploration mini-game that players consistently praise as genuinely fun and fresh compared to typical NSFW titles. The cast—a reluctant, self-serving captain and three strong-willed crew members who actively resist his advances—carries real personality: the captain works his way into players' hearts despite his flaws, the girls each have distinct motivations and charm, and the game embraces its absurdity with humor rather than taking the seduction subplot too seriously. Writing and translation quality (especially into Spanish and Portuguese) are solid, and the artwork lands well. Currently, there is only one explicit scene (the "ghost" encounter), and the relationship system is admittedly unpolished and unclear—the dev acknowledges this and plans to rework it in v0.4. Some dialogue repeats, and a few quest-unlock mechanics are unintuitive (players often get stuck on the ventilation key, despite in-game hints). The game is actively developed with a supportive, responsive creator; v0.3 is out for patrons and will reach the public soon.
