Betra Endemic is a short, light-on-gameplay visual novel where you uncover the truth about a couple through voyeurism and exploration, ultimately choosing between a pure-love or corrupted ending. The core mechanic is a disease that forces infidelity as a "cure"—a framing that divides the audience: some find the slow NTR corruption compelling, while others see it as a thin justification for a niche fetish. The build is stable and complete with multiple endings, but the experience is spare: minimal interactivity outside story scenes, no animation, and deliberately simple progression. Character art draws interest, but the game's slight scope and narrow gameplay loop leave many feeling it's not worth the time, even as NTR enthusiasts appreciate the premise.
