Brain Rot is a narrative-driven visual novel following Will and his girlfriend April through college life. The game blends romance, comedy, and mystery as the couple and their friends navigate relationships, social pressures, and the complexities of adult life in a world where fantasy races—elves, orcs, minotaurs, and others—have mysteriously appeared on Earth. Players explore how the couple's relationship evolves as they uncover the origins of these fantastical beings while balancing school, friendships, ambition, and their own desires.
