You play Malcolm, a young man living with his mother and sisters in Walkerville, a fictional medium-sized town in Texas. Tired of being a loser, Malcolm sets out on a self-improvement quest to become an "alpha male," navigating romantic and sexual opportunities while competing against other ambitious men and unraveling the town's mysteries. The game is a visual novel with optional sandbox elements, including a day/night system, stats, quests, and multiple branching routes. Core themes include incest, harem-building, and sexual content with various body types and fetishes (futa content can be toggled off from the start). The narrative blends humor, voyeurism, and player choice to shape Malcolm's journey.
