Work 4 me is a management simulator where you hire and staff workers across six available slots, managing their energy levels and developing their skills over shifts lasting up to 10 hours. The core gameplay involves balancing worker fatigue, rest recovery, and skill progression to increase clip access tiers and income. The game features an energy system with hourly fatigue and daily regeneration, as well as video playback and skip mechanics. It is fully compatible with both standard character folder formats and the Girlpack format, automatically detecting and loading custom character data from your hard drive. The game itself contains no built-in adult content; all media is streamed locally from files you provide.
