With Great Pleasure

Editorial Worth it

With Great Pleasure is a Spider-Man adult VN that earns consistent praise for respecting the source material while adding explicit content, strong character work (Betty Brant is a standout favorite), and meaningful player choice. The game features multiple romance routes with branching outcomes, stat-based progression, and a thoughtful approach to optional NTR content—reviewers who want vanilla or harem routes report it's entirely possible to avoid the NTR paths by simply not selecting them, though some players remain skeptical of any game featuring that content at all. The most recent update (0.4.6) was a major backend rework: engine upgrades, UI polish, sprite refreshes, and quality-of-life improvements. As a result, players continuing from old saves saw very little new story content, which frustrated some; however, the foundation is now significantly stronger. Community feedback is divided mainly by NTR comfort level rather than the game's creative merit—those unbothered by optional NTR or seeking vanilla routes report high satisfaction, while NTR-averse players dismiss it sight unseen. Technical reports are sparse and platform-specific (Linux build issues mentioned once); the build appears stable for most.
