When We Were Young

WWWY is a fantasy visual novel set 25 years before the events of Truecalling. Players follow two sisters, Inledya and Visenya, through a two-week-long Lunasong festival celebrated in their village as a time of freedom, desire, and discovery. The game features a story-driven narrative told from multiple perspectives, with a unique Hidden Fragment system that reveals optional side scenes showing what occurs throughout the village from different viewpoints. Each scene is tagged by content type so players can choose what they encounter. Gameplay alternates between the two protagonists as the festival progresses day by day. The narrative begins with immediate intimate content and maintains momentum throughout. The game blends character-driven storytelling with sexual content, positioning itself as a compact, narrative-focused counterpart to the developer's other title, Truecalling.
