Velvet Gallery

Velvet Gallery is a relaxing swap-tile jigsaw puzzle game set in a private art gallery after hours. You inherit the Velvet Gallery, where its portraits have been shattered, and must restore them tile by tile. The demo features the east hall and Seraphine, a 34-year-old former partner of the previous curator, whose five unfinished portraits you restore. As you piece together each mosaic, illustrated portraits are revealed, accompanied by suggestive short story beats. The game has no timer, fail state, or punishment; it is designed as a meditative experience focused on restoration and appreciation rather than challenge or narrative rescue. Adult sexual content is woven throughout the writing and imagery.
