The Minimum Project

The Minimum Project is a 2D/3DCG RPG about Hiroshi, a student who is accidentally shrunk to 1/100th his normal height at Saisho Academy. Stranded in a world of giant women, he must navigate the school environment and interact with various characters—some helpful, others dangerous or predatory—to find a way to restore himself to normal size. The game features an affection and affinity system where player choices shape relationships and unlock different scenes and dialogue. Core gameplay involves exploration, conversation, and scripted minigame-style encounters rather than traditional RPG combat.
