The Haunted Asylum is the final installment in the Haunted Mansion Trilogy, a visual novel exploring a decrepit, abandoned hospital filled with medical equipment and a doll factory. Players take on the role of a narrator investigating the eerie location, where mysterious nurses actively prevent exploration and enforce discipline. The game features branching choices that determine which of five endings you unlock, whether you uncover the asylum's dark secrets or become trapped within its doors. The game explores adult themes including ABDL (Adult Baby/Diaper Lover), sissification, femdom, and hypnosis.
