You once shared eternity with an equal, raising two children and overseeing The Hidden, a secret lineage of progeny destined to echo your legend. But time shattered that bond; you abandoned them all, leaving them to live under the shadow of your memory and absence. The First Beings is a narrative-driven game centered on player choice and moral exploration within a complex family dynamic of immortals and legacy. You face a fundamental question: Are you the feared monster they remember, or can you become something else? The game features a branching narrative where your decisions reshape the world and determine your legend, supported by a Fear/Love emotional system that reflects not just your actions but who you choose to become in others' eyes. Gameplay involves discovering the hidden history of your lineage, revisiting severed bonds, and navigating encounters that test whether you will restrain the beast within and seek connection, or embrace the monster they believe you to be.
