The False Lady

A down-on-his-luck bandit is captured by the dangerous knight Sir Forn Fresian and forced to assume the identity of his missing sister, Saylia Fresian, after being magically transformed into a woman. The False Lady is an erotic fantasy interactive story set in the nation of Teren, blending themes of feminization, MtF transformation, and political intrigue. The narrative follows a slow-burn structure, exploring whether the bandit can survive their new circumstances, escape, return to their old life, or become entangled in larger forces that could reshape the nation's future. The game, built in Twine/Sugarcube, combines rags-to-riches storytelling with court politics and magical transformation.
