The False Lady

The False Lady is an erotic fantasy interactive story about a down-on-his-luck bandit who is captured by a desperate nobleman and forcibly transformed to impersonate the nobleman's sister, Saylia Fresian. The scheme is designed to restore the failing influence of the Fresian family. The game explores themes of feminization and male-to-female transformation in a slow-burn narrative. Built in Twine and Sugarcube, the story is character-driven and focuses on the protagonist's experiences navigating their new identity and circumstances within the nobility, rather than constant sexual content. The current version covers the first three days of a planned nine-day story arc.
