The Desperado's Redemption

The Desperado's Redemption is a fantasy RPG following Russell Jones and his lover Anastasia, two robbers exiled after stealing from the powerful Pope Malthus of the Luminance Theocracy. Russell is transported to a penal colony on the Marish Sea while Anastasia faces execution. When mutineers stage a breakout, Russell sees his chance for revenge and leads an uprising against their oppressors. The game combines turn-based tactical combat with narrative progression, featuring character-driven story moments and adult content earned through main quest completion rather than optional gating. Combat emphasizes tactical positioning and enemy type strategies, with party abilities that synergize around status effects, elemental weaknesses, and positioning. Beyond combat, players manage a hub village for passive income, craft equipment attachments, and prepare consumable buffs for their party.
