The Black Mask of Cernunnos is a gay furry RPG in early access, built on RPG Maker with AI-generated animations. Community feedback is sparse and divided: some players appreciate it as rare content in its niche (Blue Dragon Dreaming is noted as one of the few making gay furry RPGs), but dominant complaints center on poor execution—excessive grinding with minimal payoff, tedious combat, confusing narrative framing around slavery themes that reviewers find morally troubling rather than titillating, and a locked save-state bug if you enter the castle. Most engagement is requests for the full version rather than substantive discussion of the finished product. The demo's incomplete state and reliance on AI assets have drawn skepticism.
