The Angel Clinic is a turn-based endurance RPG where you play as a man seeking treatment for premature ejaculation at a specialized clinic run by Sera, a mysterious poker-faced angel nurse. Rather than traditional combat, "winning" means resisting her seductions for a set number of turns; ejaculating is the loss condition, and losing simply unlocks additional intimate scenes as part of your "therapy."
