Editorial Don't bother
Succubus Kiss is an FMV (full motion video) game with an intriguing premise, but it suffers from severe technical and design issues that severely limit its playability. The most damning complaint is an always-online requirement that causes constant "network error" crashes, forcing players to restart from the beginning even after reaching chapter two. Login authentication is poorly implemented, requiring players to remember arbitrary usernames or risk losing progress entirely. Beyond connectivity woes, players report tedious unskippable minigames, no gallery mode, condoms in all sex scenes (a dealbreaker for some), and a machine-translated English version that is "clearly broken." A few users have managed to play after finding workarounds or cracked versions, praising the uncensored content and visual appeal, but the consensus is clear: the game is largely unplayable in its current state without technical modifications. The developer's decision to require server uploads for every choice appears to be the core problem.
