Secrets and Promises

Editorial Worth it

Secrets and Promises is a polished incest-focused adult game that has earned genuine praise for its craft: detailed character animations (particularly facial blushing during scenes), competent writing, and a capable male protagonist—qualities many players say feel rare in the genre. The dev maintains a strong release cadence with substantial updates (52+ since launch), and community sentiment is warmly enthusiastic, with several players calling it among their favorite incest titles and comparing it favorably to the dev's earlier work. The game follows a familiar formula—harem building, taboo themes, family dynamics—but executes it with enough polish and character work that the formula doesn't wear thin for its audience. Minor note: one player comments that some character models occasionally look "scary," and another describes Mary as resembling "a young Britney Spears," but no reviews provide explicit age concerns.
