Description
Shinohara Shouta, a student at an advanced studies school, begins a summer apprenticeship as a librarian—a long-held dream arranged by his stepmother Misaki. His boss Hikawa Ritsuko is stern and critical, but the job introduces him to several alluring women: Kuriyama Kana, a gentle presence who visits with her young child; and Kujou Yae, proprietress of a small restaurant where Shouta finds solace, reminiscent of his life before his mother's death. Over the course of an emotionally complex summer, Shouta navigates attraction, resentment, and intimacy with these mature women, blurring the lines between appropriate and forbidden desire.
